Assembly & Care Instruction
1. Safety First:
- Keep wires away from the East Oak Pizza Oven.
- Ensure that only adults operate the pizza oven.
- Keep children, pets, and flammable materials away from the oven at all times.
2. Avoid Hazards:
- Do not remove components or move the pizza oven during hot weather or while baking.
- Keep hazardous items away from the oven, as it radiates heat in all directions.
3. Cooling and Storage:
- Allow at least 2 hours for the pizza oven to cool before covering or storing it.
- Ensure the burner flame is extinguished and clean out any ashes before storage.
4. Temperature Range:
- The East Oak Pizza Oven operates at temperatures ranging from 250°F (120°C) to 1000°F (550°C).

Usage Notes
1. Safety Gear:
- Always wear heat-resistant gloves while using the pizza oven.
2. Fuel Management:
- If the fuel burns out with a high flame, add 1-2 scoops promptly. Residual heat will reignite the fuel.
- 1 scoop of fuel burns for approximately 5 minutes, while 2 scoops last for 8-10 minutes.
3. Flame Adjustment:
- Adjust the flame by pushing piled fuel forward using a stirring rod through the loading port.
4. Ash Cleaning:
- Clean the ash before each use for optimal combustion and easy ignition.
- The ash tray allows continuous burning for 8-10 hours. Clean it by removing the pellet pack after the oven cools down, disposing of the ashes, and reinstalling it for future use.
