Warranty Policy

At East Oak, we believe in providing only the top-notch products to our customers and stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy to give you peace of mind and ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Register your product

Warranty Coverage:

  • Standard 1-Year Warranty: All East Oak patio furniture products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
  • Extended 3-Year Warranty: Extend your warranty to 3 years by registering your product within 90 days of purchase.
  • Comprehensive Coverage: We will provide parts, repair, or replacement for your product, at our discretion, due to any defect in materials or workmanship during the 3-year registered warranty period.
  • Other Cases: If the product was received as a gift or through a donation, an order screenshot is appreciated but not strictly required.


Warranty Exclusions:

  • Second-Hand Products: This warranty is not applicable to second-hand products, including those acquired from bid or auction sites. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, nor is the limited warranty transferable to any third party beyond the original purchaser.
  • Non-Official Store Purchases: This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from East Oak Official Stores (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
  • Irresistible Conditions: Damages resulting from irresistible conditions, such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, war, and similar events, are not covered under this warranty.
  • Customer-related Damage: This warranty doesn't cover damage resulting from customer misuse, accidents, abuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. However, in the event of a product with a design flaw that makes it prone to damage, East Oak will provide a replacement as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.


Product ID Replacement Policy:
An invalid product ID may be printed on the product warranty card. If a customer encounters this issue, they can initiate a product ID replacement request by contacting our customer service team and providing the following information:
  • Order Number from East Oak Official Stores (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart)
  • Product Model Number
  • Picture of the Warranty Card (with the sticker scratched off)
Our customer success team will review the request and assist the customer in replacing the invalid product ID. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.


Part Replacement Policy:

This policy outlines the process for customers who need to replace a part or component of their furniture. It includes details on how to initiate a replacement request, what information the customer will need to provide, and how long the replacement process is expected to take.

That is why we are dedicated to providing quick and easy solutions for those who need to replace a part or component of their furniture. Our part replacement policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible for our customers.


Initiating a Replacement Request:

If you need to replace a part or component of your East Oak patio furniture, please email us at support@eastoak.com with the following information:
  • Your name
  • Order Number from East Oak Official Stores (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart)
  • Product name and code
  • A detailed description of the part that needs to be replaced

Replacement Process:

  • Once we have received your request, our customer service team will review your request and provide you with any additional information that may be required.
  • We will usually send a replacement part within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
  • We provide a part replacement for all customers who bought the product on East Oak Official Stores (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) for any reason, as some of the replacement parts cannot be found on the market due to our unique design.
