Ingredients
- 20-30 fresh or frozen (thawed) black tiger shrimp
- 1/3 cup premium extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Lemon juice
- Moderate amount of dry white wine

Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare and Season the Shrimp:

Wash the black tiger shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry.

Spread olive oil, black pepper powder, minced garlic, and sea salt evenly over the shrimp.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of white wine to enhance the flavor.
2. Skewer and Preheat:

Thread the shrimp onto skewers, about 2-3 shrimp per skewer.

Preheat the smoker to 250°F (121°C) in preparation for cooking.
3. Smoker the Shrimp:

Place the skewered shrimp into the smoker and lower the temperature to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the shrimp for 25 minutes until they turn red and emit a fragrant white wine aroma.
4. Final Touches:

Remove the shrimp after 25 minutes of smoking.

Add additional seasoning, such as lemon slices or extra pepper powder, to taste before serving.
